What happens when you place an order online ?

We will either e-mail or telephone you to confirm that your order has been received and has been passed to order processing. This will happen within 2 hours of receipt of your e-mail or fax so if you do not hear from us in this time please call to discuss on freephone 0800 328 1846

the roof..

We pre-erect every roof including the fitting of the Polycarb so that when you are installing the conservatory you can be sure that everything is there and it all fits.
A digital photograph is also taken of the pre-erected roof by our factory foreman for our own records should something go wrong during the installation.
All roof parts are numbered for easy identification and are simply bolted together.

the frames..

Each frame is thoroughly checked after fabrication.
When it comes to joining the frames together on site we provide aluminium corner post, pole and inline jointer that are simply through fixed from each side. The corner post has a pvcu cover that clips to each frame whereas the pole and inline jointers have a clip on cover that is simplicity itself.

the glass..

The same day your order is confirmed an order is placed with our glass supplier Regency Glass to arrive at our factory 2 days prior to despatch to you.

delivery..

This should take place 2 weeks from your order date but this will be confirmed by our office staff at least a week before.

Prior to despatch all parts are checked again then carefully loaded onto the designated van. Our drivers are usually at their first drop at 8am to ensure that you get a full day should you wish to start the installation that day.
