Can I place an order
online ?
Yes you can e-mail your order straight from the
confirm order screen
Can I print off the
order form & fax it to you ?
Yes this is another method that customers can use
to place their orders.
How long will my
conservatory take from placing the order ?
This is usually 2 weeks from the date you place
your order.
Will I get notification
that my order is being processed ?
When you order by e-mail you will receive an automated
e-mail from us within a couple of hours to let you
know that we are processing your order.
If you choose to print off your order and fax it
to us we will telephone you to confirm your order.
This usually takes place within 24 hours.
If you do not hear from us within these times please
call us on 0800 3281846 and ask for Online Sales
Processing.
How do I pay ?
On the "contact details" page of the order
you will be asked to choose your preferred method
of payment. Should there be a problem our Accounts
Department will contact you by telephone.
Do I need to be there
when my goods are delivered ?
You will need someone from your company to inspect
and sign for the goods.
Can I make changes
to the style of the conservatory shown in price
grids ?
If you wish to buy that particular style online
then the only 3 things that can be changed are:

The colour of the polycarbonate
in the roof, either bronze, clear or opal. |

The position of the French Doors; left, front
and right. |
However if the exact size and style is not shown
to buy online then
click here and you will be taken to the bespoke
page where you can get a price for almost any style
and size.
Do you provide a
base plan that I can use for my brickwork ?
Yes this is available for everyone of our conservatories
just print it off from the order confirmation screen.
Remember that the sizes shown are taken from the
inside edge of the external brick.
If you require a more detailed plan we will be glad
to e-mail this to you.
Do I have to pay anything
extra from the price shown in the grids ?
The only extra to pay is the delivery charge which
is currently £75 to anywhere within England
& Wales.
If some of the goods
are faulty on delivery what do I do ?
In the unlikely event that some of the goods are
missing or faulty just highlight the relevant item
on the delivery note and sign it, also make sure
that the driver signs and we will take care of everything
from there.
Which way do you
view products ?
All products are viewed externally, i.e. from the
outside.
Do you deliver to
locations outside England & Wales ?
Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to any
locations outside of mainland England & Wales.
Do you supply Lean-To
conservatories ?
Yes a small price grid is available in our Members
Section.
Are there other colours
to choose from apart from white ?
Please send your requirements via our
bespoke
section and we should have a quote with you within
a few hours. Alternative view our Expanded Price
List to calculate the additional cost on our price
